Thomas M. Jones

Co-Founder & Executive Director

Thomas M. Jones is a psychotherapist, author, musician, and founder of an innovative technique, The Paradox Process. The process employs negative thoughts in order to produce a perception polarization essentially showing how to change your life by learning to direct your mind. In the world of medicine, his approach would be described as renegade, however, the proof is inarguable. Jones has been highly successful in his work for the last 40 years with a clientele that includes CEOs, television journalists, Oscar, Emmy, and Tony Award-winning performers, doctors, musicians, artists, health coaches, social workers, psychologists, and business professionals across the globe. Jones has shown them how to strategize for success in every area of their lives from manifesting the career of their dreams, to achieving intimate, loving, lasting relationships. Jones currently lectures, teaches workshops and retreats, and practices privately in New York City, where he resides with his family.

Charlotte Cohn
Residency Facilitator

Charlotte is deeply caring and highly intuitive. She has been a client of the Paradox Process for 20 years. It’s helped her in many ways but mostly in battling depression. During the pandemic, Charlotte helped a few friends using tools of the PP, which inspired her to become a facilitator. Curbing stress and anxiety, even during deeply challenging times, is her specialty. Her clients rave that she listens wisely and teaches The Paradox Process tools to show them how to get out of their own way, shift old stories, clear their heads, and enables hearts and souls to rest by arriving at clarity—that place within, where clients are able to make wiser decisions all around. She works in all areas of need and is drawn to work with parents of teenagers, since she is the proud mother of one.

Charlotte is the real deal, born in Denmark, raised in Israel, and lives with her family in New York. She’s a professional actor (including Broadway), director and producer and practices what she teaches. Charlotte knows life has its challenges, and that having great coping tools makes all the difference.
